Qualifications: Minimum 3 years professional pastry experience; wholesale or commissary production experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work early mornings and maintain a consistent schedule. Knowledge of production scaling, food safety, and ingredient management. Experience with vegan or plant-based pastry techniques is a plus.
