*Please note you must be able to physically work in Philadelphia for this job* We are a Philly-based residential real estate company (own about 100 units) with a focus on small single family/multifamily units and commercial buildings. We purchase, renovate, and hold properties for rent. We also flip homes on occasion. Application / Survey *Please Read in Full* Responsibilities: Your main responsibility would be to show properties to potential tenants. We would love to show properties both on weekdays as well as weekends, depending on your schedule. - Arrive at properties early, open the door, check property and report any issues to management (with photos) - Greet attendees and answer basic questions about property (information will be provided) - Ensure that property is secured, lights off, windows closed, alarm (if applicable) is turned on, and doors are locked before leaving - Occasionally take property marketing photos Qualifications / Requirements - Interest in real estate and learning more about the investment and sale of residential rental properties is strongly preferred, but not required - Must have reliable transportation to visit properties in the Greater Philadelphia Area - Must be comfortable showing properties in all neighborhoods in the city (during the daytime) - Problem solver that is able to think independently and come up with creative solutions on the spot - Familiar with technology / e-mail, and specifically Google Sheets. - Be able to answer and respond to calls / texts in a timely matter - Availability to work weekends when needed Hours Required: We currently are working with someone in this position, and so currently this is a “backup” type position. Hours would vary week-to-week, ranging from 2-10 hours per week. Note: We are looking for serious, reliable candidates only. A background check will be required.
