Assist with snow removal as needed. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Previous experience as an apartment maintenance manager. Knowledge of HVAC with an EPA 608 certification, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
