After 90 Days- $140.00/Day with $15.00/Day incentive. Paid Weekly BENEFITS: Strong Health Insurance with Low Deductibles Dental & Vision Coverage PTO (Paid Time Off) Employer-Paid DOT Medical Exam Shoe Program Paid Training Opportunities for Overtime ABOUT THE ROLE: Non-CDL Position – NO Commercial License Required Deliver to local businesses and residences Drive company-provided step vans and cutaways Based out of the Columbus, MS FedEx Ground terminal: SCHEDULE: Shifts start at 7:30 AM and end upon route completion (around 5:30 PM) Work 5-6 days/week, including weekends Monday and Friday are required One weekday off (Tues/Wed/Thurs) REQUIREMENTS: 21+ years old 1+ year of driving experience is required (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, etc. count!) Clean MVR & background check Able to pass drug screening (includes cannabis, Delta 8, and some CBDs) Able to lift up to 150 lbs. (with a dolly) Strong customer service and time-management skills *This position is very physically demanding. You will be in and out of the vehicle all day.
