Our property management group is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings in good condition. This is a multi-property job, so you will be traveling between different sites during the week. We need someone responsible, hands-on, and capable of handling various types of repairs. What you will do: • General repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, doors/locks, light carpentry) • Preventive maintenance and regular property inspections • Respond to work orders quickly and professionally • Help maintain properties in good condition for tenants and owners What we are looking for: • Experience in apartment or property maintenance (being a jack-of-all-trades is ideal) • Must have your own car and a valid license (mileage reimbursement provided) • Must bring your basic tools (we provide specialty tools if needed) • Someone who can work independently, stay organized, and complete tasks correctly the first time How to apply: Reply with your name, a brief summary of your experience, and the best way to contact you.
