Learn more about us at www.repowerspecialists.com. We are currently seeking a full-time Mechanical Installation Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. The position is responsible for assisting customers with mechanical and electrical questions during the installation of Repower replacement engine kits. It is imperative for the person in this position to possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Required Skills and Abilities: • Associates degree or equivalent years of sales or customer service experience. • Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to accurately understand a customer’s needs and match those needs with an effective solution. • Excellent trouble-shooting and analytical skills, desire to solve problems, and make things work. • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate priorities. • Proficient with MS Office. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, and adapt well to change. • Ability to obtain working knowledge of Repower kits and installation requirements. • Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to the success of the company that go beyond a narrow definition of job responsibilities. Essential Functions: • Answer technical support phone calls and emails. • Assist in the prototyping and development of new products. • Active problem solving, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Adhere to Repower Specialists Ltd. company policies and procedures. • Promptly communicate product changes and issues to management. • Effectively and efficiently use computer and technology systems. Safety Requirements: • Steel toe safety shoes • PPE including eyewear, gloves and mask when necessary • Use equipment in a safe and respectful manner • Report all accidents, incidents and hazards to management • Practice hazard communication and awareness • Work in a safe and responsible manner This is a manufacturing environment.
