Mad Batter Cakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery in the North Bay, and we’re on the hunt for a talented Cake Decorator/Baker with a touch of managerial know-how to join our eccentric, flour-dusted crew. WHAT YOU'LL DO: *Ice and finish cakes with speed, precision, and consistency *Create custom decorations when inspiration (or an order) calls *Track inventory and maintain par levels *Build weekly shopping lists for both regular and custom orders *Keep your station clean (dishes included—we all pitch in!) *Collaborate with the owner and team to keep the bakery humming smoothly WHAT WE'RE SEEKING: *At least 1 year of commercial bakery experience preferred *Ability to read and follow recipes accurately *Well-organized, reliable, self-starter *Comfortable working solo or as part of a team *A love for both the artistry and the technical craft of baking *Speed and consistency in icing and decorating cakes WHO THRIVES HERE: At Mad Batter, we value creativity, trust, and work-life balance.
