




GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Performs administrative duties Downtown Accounting office. This position performs a wide range of bookkeeping and office support activities for the President of the company. (Part-time or full-time options are available.) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive. This position may complete other duties as assigned. - Bookkeeping. - Administrative Support. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Required: • Accounting and tax knowledge (students are ok). • Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks desktop or QBO (students are ok). SALARY RANGE: $15 -$17 per hour depending experience.
