Schedule outside contractors for projects, if necessary. Attend staff meetings as required or requested. Assist at other properties as needed within a 100 mile radius Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required to meet essential requirements of job responsibilities Being on-call for emergency service, rotating with other staff members Other responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager or Property Manager. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more. Your customers will be businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, transportation, construction businesses, etc. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, and 24 foot long. You will visit customers 8am to 5pm, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. You must have a good driving record, good credit, and good computer skills.
