Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute account and sales plans that drive business expansion and align with our strategic goals. Requirements: Proven experience in business development and government contracting. US Citizenship or Permanent Resident. Requirements Qualifications: Experience pursuing new business and writing winning proposals for the FDA. Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines. A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals. Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and experience in building client relationships and capturing new business.
