Housekeeper: Is cleaning and organizing your niche? We are looking for a housekeeping guru! We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have some favorite supplies, we may purchase them for you to use. This position includes household cleaning, organizing, errands, and many other household type tasks. This is a permanent part time position. • Weekdays • Hourly: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience /qualifications. Job requirements: • previous paid cleaning experience outside of your own home - references needed • communicate and read English very well • follow directions well and can switch tasks when asked • enjoy organizing and cleaning • no pet allergies • feel comfortable cleaning from a 10 foot ladder. • able to go up and down stairs easily • no smoking allowed on ranch • driver's license and good driving record required for running errands • background check You will receive payment on the 1st and 15th of each month. We do offer paid holidays and benefits to qualifying employees. Part time The goal of this position is to keep the ranch clean, organized and running smoothly. The job will include deep cleaning (corners, etc.), including working from a ladder to get the high spots. We have three stairwells and there will be a lot of going up and down the stairs. You need to be able to work as a team, follow directions as well as work independently. We have a living space, a large business area as well as a bathroom and tack room in our barn that will all be included in cleaning areas. We have many animals at our ranch. If you are allergic or scared of animals, the job is not for you. Horses and goats and chickens and dogs and cats and more - oh my! :) We are located in the Black Forest at the East end of Burgess Rd just North of Falcon 3 miles.
