We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician with proven leadership abilities and strong technical expertise. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 5, manage support operations, and ensure system reliability across a variety of platforms and tools. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 5 NOC technicians, ensuring effective workflow and issue resolution. Manage, track, and resolve incidents through a ticketing system. Administer and support Office 365 and Active Directory environments. Configure and maintain MFA and MDM solutions. Support and manage cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure (Entra). Implement and monitor EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions. Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles. Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication. Qualifications Prior experience as a NOC Technician or similar technical operations role. Strong background in Office 365 administration and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with MFA, MDM, AWS, Azure Entra, and EDR software. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a small technical team. Excellent documentation, writing, and communication skills.
