**This is a hybrid role that will require regular presence on-site at the client location around Cambridge, MA. **This position is not eligible for relocation assistance** The Informatics Delivery Manager (DM) is primarily accountable for fulfilling all contractual obligations for Zifo related to our customer engagements. This role is the realization of the ‘one hand to shake’ concept that would allow both the customers as well as the internal Zifo stakeholders to work with one primary point of contact for all the servicing needs for the specific engagement. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions.
