In this role, you will focus on Kubernetes ecosystem development, optimizing and enhancing the underlying architecture, integrating opensource solutions, and improving Kubernetes cluster capabilities. You will directly contribute to the development of the underlying Kubernetes cluster architecture, driving system performance improvements and scalability enhancements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop Kubernetes functionalities and modules to enhance cluster scalability, performance, and stability. Integrate and develop open-source solutions within the Kubernetes ecosystem to enhance features and build a more robust platform. Provide a more efficient platform for development teams, supporting automation deployment, monitoring, and failure recovery features. Assist development teams in solving technical issues related to Kubernetes' underlying functions and provide development support. Participate in Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, including setup, maintenance, scaling, and optimization. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the stable operation of the clusters and assist in solving complex configuration and troubleshooting issues. Design and implement Kubernetes management solutions across multiple cloud platforms, supporting seamless multi-cloud architecture integration. Continuously drive improvements in the cluster architecture, enhance automation, and reduce operational costs. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of Kubernetes development experience, with a solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and operational principles, capable of developing and optimizing the underlying technology stack. Extensive experience in Kubernetes cluster development, able to solve deep technical issues related to underlying architecture. Proficiency in containerization technologies (such as Docker, Helm), and experience with integrating and developing open-source tools. Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters and performance optimization, with hands-on experience in underlying system development. Experience with managing Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud environments and designing crosscloud solutions. Proficient in automation, CI/CD processes, and promoting efficient automated deployment and integration within Kubernetes clusters. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and improve system architecture. Good communication skills, able to collaborate clearly with teams and other departments to drive technical improvements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with service meshes (e.g., Istio) and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) development and integration. Certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are a plus. We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team and work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. Position Overview The Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist will lead and support the implementation of Odoo across multiple departments. This role will partner directly with the executive team to understand workflows, configure modules, migrate data, and ensure the system is tailored to meet business needs. This is a full-time position working directly for Frank & Jimmie’s Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Operations and leadership to define ERP requirements and project goals. • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on business needs. • Assist with data migration, validation, and integration with existing systems. • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Provide training and hands-on support to staff during and after implementation. • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices for ERP adoption. • Work with external Odoo partners or consultants as needed. Qualifications • Prior experience with Odoo ERP implementation or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred. • Understanding of business processes across operations, accounting, and inventory management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data handling. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Bonus Points For: • Hands-on experience customizing Odoo modules or working with Odoo Studio. • Previous experience in manufacturing, marine industry, or repair/service environments.
