Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience as a developer with cloud engineering. Proven experience as a Java Developer and in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot framework. Experience with database design concepts and data modeling for RDBMS (MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) with a strong focus on FinOps best practices and experience implementing cost-saving solutions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Working in a fast paced 24-hour call center environment, the Technical Support Agent serves as the initial point of contact for member issues and inquiries including complex problem resolution for MTA Internet, including DSL, email, totalWiFi and MTA Shield. This position performs advanced support of network troubleshooting, scheduling, managing network outages, and coordinating multiple departments while supporting a wide platform of corporate and customer owned equipment. Technical Support Agents schedule and support all Field Support Technicians to maximize productivity. They also act as the primary liaison between the customer, Support Center, Dispatch, Field Support Technicians, Engineering, Residential Sales Representatives, and other departments as needed. This position is responsible for assisting customers, providing information, meeting objectives, and handling administrative aspects of each customer contact. This position ensures the timely process through which customer problems are received, controlled, tracked, and resolved. This includes problem recognition, research, isolation, product and services recommendation, resolution/sale, and follow-up. Presidio is seeking a Server Engineer for a customer in Center City Philadelphia. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions. Patch management testing and coordination including development and testing security patch packages. Participate in technical on-call rotation. Installation and maintenance: Install parts (e.g. processors, memory, storage, NICs, etc.) for both rack and bench systems. Perform routine data collection and maintain systems, racks, power, network, and remote access. Serve as a key enabler for offsite resources by resetting systems, swapping out parts, and providing overall scheduling for server usage. Maintain lab server and network infrastructure and conduct automated tests on Clients Software/Hardware components. Configure Windows, setup PC from scratch, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
