You will need to have your criminal background check for Pennsylvania your FBI fingerprints and your child abuse clearance. You should have your 30 hours of trainings or be willing to get them. Supervision: Provide direct supervision and support to youth, especially during activities and daily tasks. Documentation: Keep detailed records of resident progress, incidents, and any significant behavioral changes. Safety & Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and report any safety concerns.
