This role requires in-person presence, and oversees the development and execution of special projects, standardizes operational procedures, and implements process improvements across departments. The Special Projects Manager partners closely with Senior Leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes through clear, scalable systems. Essential Duties: 1. BS/BA degree in a field such as behavioral health, social services, public administration, or organizational management required. Master’s degree preferred. Project management experience required. A minimum of five years’ experience in people and program management in behavioral health or social services or closely related field strongly desired, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate a team as well as the desire and ability to manage systems and act as a key member of the agency leadership team.
