Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer EST Time Zone) Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Pay Rate: $35 - $40 /hr DOE and location This exciting new Lead role focuses on the managing of a 50-person team who are accountable for the training of an AI engine and coordinating work/hand-offs to alternate time zones.   This role includes people performance management and team morale, client engagement and stakeholder management, prioritization of work, KPI management, and process improvement. We are looking for strong candidate with prior direct people management experience. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 50 employees including Performance Management KPI Management Process improvement Work in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and product managers Ensure proper documentation and instructions are in place for remote teams Manage the successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams Manage scope of work and deliverables for team Learn new software programs on the job Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them Execute and Deliver on Process improvements  Keywords provides a competitive compensation package, good benefits and a casual, fun, productive and supportive working environment. The Proposal Project Manager I will be responsible for ensuring all requests from Request For Proposals (RFPs), including task delegation, proposal process, and submission to the Sales team are comprehensive. They will manage the proposal process to ensure the final proposal deliverables meet company quality standards and all deliverables on schedule.
