Key Responsibilities: Report daily food safety, food quality and employee safety and machine equipment problems to Plant Lead Operator and/or immediate supervisor. Obtains and practices a general understanding of equipment functions, standard operating procedures and safety policies. Prepare, set up equipment and tools including but not limited to assembling and disassembling machinery to ensure production under company quality standards. Retrieve and measure materials and ingredients according to specified recipe. Prepare, produce and pack product in conformance to specified recipe and quality standards. Clean, wash and sterilize equipment and tools using sterilizing and cleansing solutions according to the Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system. Record measured recordings on production documents accurately and in a timely manner. · Pack products in the warehouse following the company packing procedures/standards, and warehouse safety rules. Supportive Duties and Responsibilities: General Cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. Vacuum, Sweep, and Mop Floors. Cleaning and stock restrooms.
