





Local construction company based in Petaluma is looking for a dependable, hands-on Yard Foreman / Driver to support field operations and oversee equipment logistics for jobs throughout the Bay Area. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established crew — we’re looking for someone solid, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed. This is a full-time role. When driving slows down (especially in winter), the role includes working in the yard, maintaining equipment, and assisting in the field as needed to maintain consistent hours. Primary Responsibilities: - Operate Class A or B vehicles (hook truck, flatbed, etc.) to transport tools, materials, and equipment - Manage yard inventory and keep tools, trailers, and small equipment in working order - Load, secure, and deliver equipment to job sites throughout the Bay Area - Support field operations when not driving (equipment setup, safety support, basic labor) - Pick up materials from suppliers and local quarries as needed - Perform light equipment maintenance Preferred Qualifications: - Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record - 3–5+ years of driving experience in a construction or field-based role - Experience with hook trucks, trailers, and safe load securement - Strong understanding of job site safety and DOT compliance - Able to lift 75+ lbs, work outdoors, and perform physical labor as needed - Familiarity with local Bay Area quarries and material yards - Equipment operation (skid steer, forklift, mini-ex) is a plus - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required We’re Looking For Someone Who: - Is flexible, reliable, and not afraid to get their hands dirty - Understands the importance of showing up on time and working efficiently - Can work independently but knows when to communicate with the team - Takes pride in keeping the yard, trucks, and equipment in top shape Pay & Benefits: - $27–$35/hr depending on experience and license - Full-time position with year-round work - Medical, dental, and vision insurance available - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off (PTO) To Apply: Please reply to this ad with a resume or a short summary of your experience.
