We’re a 20+ year MSP in Los Angeles seeking a seasoned solo MSP / IT consultant to run day-to-day service and help us scale. Must currently manage your own small book and want to roll it into a larger platform with better tools, marketing, and support—while earning into real ownership. Base + profit share on migrated book + KPI bonus + equity milestones (DOE) What you’ll do Own service delivery & P&L: SLAs, team performance Standardize stack: PSA/RMM, EDR/AV, backups/DR, M365/Google, firewalls Lead/mentor technicians; Tier-2+ support; document SOPs; run QBRs Grow MRR with healthy margins (target ≥60% gross margin) What you bring 5–10+ years in MSP environments (owner/principal, vCIO, or service leader) Hands-on across Microsoft 365/Azure AD, networking/firewalls, backups/DR, EDR, patching, identity/MFA PSA/RMM mastery (ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne, Kaseya, etc.) Comfort with pricing/margins and vendor negotiation Excellent client bedside manner and communication Mutual NDA and two-way non-solicit (no poach) required before sharing client lists.
