Duties and Responsibilities: Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards Set daily goals and expectations with Foreman of project Know the contract scope including standard and special provisions, technical specifications, payment and change clauses and scheduling milestones Track and communicate changes in scope to Project Manager Purchase essential materials for the job per the PO. Authorized, outside of those materials specifically called out in the job estimate, up to $500.00. Essel is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled High End Residential Construction Foreman to join our client in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising high-end residential construction projects, ensuring that every detail is executed to meet our rigorous quality standards. Your leadership will play a crucial role in the successful completion of projects, as you collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional residential spaces. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor to ensure quality workmanship and on-time delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project. Hold regular meetings with team members and subcontractors to discuss progress, challenges, and updates. Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders, including homeowners, architects, and project managers. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and produce reports on project status. Support the planning and scheduling of work to maximize efficiency. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, quality workmanship, and professional development. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, specifically in high-end residential projects (5+ years preferred). Procore, Blue beam Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction management software is a plus. OSHA certification is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The Foreman is responsible for managing utility construction crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role includes supervising crew members, operating equipment as needed, and overseeing all production activities to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities: Budget Oversight: Manage labor, material, and equipment costs to stay within project budgets. Crew Leadership: Provide direction and set clear production goals for crew members. Reporting: Accurately complete and submit daily reports, including crew time cards, production updates, and redlines, in a timely manner. Scope Management: Identify and report any changes in project scope to the Project Supervisor or Project Manager.
