Coordinate schedules, manage tasks, and provide mentorship to junior team members and field technicians Effectively manage relationships with new and existing clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in stormwater management, compliance, or related field. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal stormwater regulations. Experience conducting inspections and assessments for stormwater systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for stormwater management and compliance. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required. Must be able to travel to various job sites. Physical Demands: Must be able to perform inspections in the field, occasionally lifting materials up to 20 pounds. The position may require walking over uneven terrain and exposure to various weather conditions. Work Conditions: Based both in an office environment and on-site at various project locations. Occasional travel may be required to visit client sites and attend meetings. Benefits The typical base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually, depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
