Help us power adventure-ready vans with off-grid systems that wow our clients! Key Responsibilities: Install and wire electrical components for camper van conversions, including lithium, solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and LED lighting. Run clean, secure wiring harnesses for appliances, USB ports, and monitoring systems, ensuring code-compliant setups (e.g., ABYC/NEC basics). Test and troubleshoot circuits using multimeters and load simulators to guarantee safety and performance. Collaborate with carpenters and fabricators to integrate electrical systems into cabinetry, walls, and roofs with precision and minimal visual impact. Maintain inventory of electrical components and organize a clean, safe shop space. Document installations with photos and notes for client handoffs and warranties. Qualifications: Mid- to high-level experience in automotive, RV, or van electrical systems (2–5+ years preferred) with strong references. Proficiency with electrical tools (multimeters, crimpers, wire strippers, heat guns). Knowledge of 12V DC systems, AC inverters, and solar integrations; familiarity with brands like Victron, Renogy, or Battle Born a plus.
