What You’ll Do: - Pick up flyers and follow a provided route map. - Walk neighborhoods and place one flyer at each doorstep. - Log basic route details in a simple app or checklist (we’ll train you). - Keep flyers neat, dry, and secure while you walk. - Respect all posted signage, property, and community rules. What We’re Looking For: - Reliable, on-time, and able to follow directions. - Comfortable walking several miles per shift and carrying a small bundle of flyers. - Smartphone user (for basic route tracking/photos). - Positive attitude; works well independently. - 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. Pay & Bonuses: - Base Pay: $16.00 per hour. - Bonuses: Earn up to $23.00/hr total with performance bonuses based on: - Doors covered per hour (steady pace) - Route accuracy (no skips/duplicates) - Complete, on-time shifts - Clean, compliant placement (no mailboxes; respect “No Soliciting” signs) Important Notes: - Do not place flyers in or on mailboxes. - Always follow community/HOA rules and posted signs. - No door knocking or homeowner interaction is required.
