On the Front Office end, expectations include managing typical admin tasks (front-facing email/phone needs, bank deposit, sorting mail, overseeing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, facility upkeep); Finance and Membership (data entry, digital maintenance, reports, outreach); Rentals (prepare agreements, coordination, tracking payments, marketing); and serving as an integral liaison between the office and our members. Title: Education Associate Classification: Temporary, Non-exempt (20 hours/week, 7 months/year) Pay Rate: $22/hour Reports to: Associate Director of Education Position Summary: The Education Associate is primarily responsible for facilitating the Museum’s school field trip programs for grades K-5, and mentoring volunteers in environmental education best practices. The schedule for this position is generally Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:30am - 12:30pm, and Weds 8:30am - 5:00 pm, with some weekend or evening shifts as needed. This position is temporary, through May 2026, during the school year.
