Physical Demands: • Sharp visual and auditory acuity to respond to critical incidents promptly, along with physical agility to navigate emergency situations. • Proficiency in leading group activities and performing related physical tasks. • Capability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, push, and pull for extended periods. • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. • Willingness to work with 2-year-old children and handle diaper-changing duties.
