We are seeking an AI Software Engineer with a proven track record of building complete end-to-end AI products from scratch in startup environments. You'll design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems from conception to production. We're looking for fast learners who embrace challenges and have experience shipping AI products independently in high-growth, resource-constrained environments. Responsibilities Build and ship complete end-to-end AI products and intelligent agents from concept to production Design autonomous systems and multi-agent architectures that solve complex problems Deploy AI agents to production with focus on reliability and performance Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions in fast-paced startup environments Take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision Integrate state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, computer vision) into production applications Requirements Qualifications Startup experience or ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments Fast learner who adapts quickly to new technologies and changing requirements Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of complex projects Strong software engineering fundamentals and Python proficiency Experience with AI frameworks and LLM integration Preferred Track record of launching AI products from scratch and scaling them Experience with agent frameworks Background in NLP or computer vision applications

About the Job We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Battery Cell Technician to support the development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure product quality and performance. This role is critical for Anthro to deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects. What you will do Build and test battery cells following standard operating procedures (SOPs).  Conduct performance evaluations, including capacity, cycle life, and thermal tests.  Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes while maintaining safety protocols.  Safely operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, and environmental chambers.  Collect and document test data, generating reports for engineering and R&D teams.  Work closely with engineers and scientists to optimize battery performance and manufacturing processes.  Follow safety guidelines for handling lithium-ion and other battery chemistries.  Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.  Requirements Education: HS Diploma or GED  Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
