No overnight guests unless discussed prior as to keep the comfort for everyone. Please be respectful/clean after yourself. Month to Month basis welcome as long as needed, as long as we maintain a friendly home environment. Price covers rent and all utilities. Light/Gas/Internet. Im a 34yr old male with full time employment. Smoking is ok. 1 other roommate plus myself. 3bdrm apartment. Quiet, peaceful and clean roommates.
