Hi. I am a mature male Bellevue homeowner. I usually rent to 2 females. So a house of 3 plus a 4yo Lab ☺️ One renter has just moved into her boyfriend’s place, so a room is available and I now seek a female to replace her. I offer a room with your own en suite bathroom. It is now furnished with a new queen bed. It is on a separate floor and private area from my master suite. The home has a living room and 2 family rooms.
