URGENT: Local Dump Truck Drivers Needed ASAP (Murfreesboro, TN)

DMW Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced local Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling asphalt and aggregates between Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Lebanon. This position offers both night and day shifts, with an opportunity to work 40-60 hours per week. **Key Responsibilities:** - Safely operate and drive a dump truck to transport asphalt and aggregates. - Follow all safety regulations and standards for transportation. - Maintain accurate logs of working hours and necessary vehicle service. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, contractors, and other team members. - Ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations. **Required Qualifications:** - Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). - Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in hauling asphalt and aggregates. - Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. - Ability to drive for long hours and navigate through traffic. - Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in local routes within Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Lebanon. - Ability to work flexible hours, including night and day shifts. - Good driving record. - High school diploma or equivalent.
