Well-established CNC sheet metal manufacturing firm seeking a production/assembly worker. POSITION SUMMARY: Hardware assembly with hand tools into parts across one or more production areas ensuring required standards of quality are met DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrate good hand and eye coordination with the ability to use both hands in installing small hardware pieces (screws/rivets) and insulation. • Optimize daily production and on-time delivery performance • Notifies Supervisor of problems which affect the production/quality of parts • Completes all assignments in a timely manner and procedures are followed. • Responsible for quality and quantity of products. • Works with limited or no supervision • Must have knowledge of material speeds and feeds, fixturing and tooling. REASONING ABILITIES: • Uses good judgment; seeks advice and help when necessary. • Must be able to distinguish between acceptable and non-acceptable parts. OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES: • High attention to quality while maintaining a high rate of productivity. • Can safely lift 50 pounds, standing/walking in relatively confined areas EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Must have two years of experience as an assembler Please send in your resume. perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Repair or replace faulty components and machinery parts. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working. Experience is required.

Set up and operate progressive tooling and punch presses for metal stamping parts. Assembles, installs, and aligns dies in the press according to specs. Adjusts ram to specified length. Feeds steel to the die through the straightener and feeder making necessary adjustments. Monitor process during run. Submits first off sample to QA for approval. Adjust press, if necessary to make part to blueprint specs.
