Log Truck Driver • 2015 or Newer Log Trucks with Electronic Log equipment. • $26.00-$27.00 Per hour Depending on experience. • Paydays are the 10th and 25th- with direct deposit available. • Most of employee Dental & health insurance premium paid by your employer. • Basic Group Life paid by employer. • 40 hours PTO • 6 Paid Public Holidays • Hotel and Per diem paid when staying out of town. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be willing to stay out of town when loads/dispatching require. • Must have a Valid Class A CDL • Have a minimum of 2+ years of CDL experience pulling trailers. (Willing to train eligible candidates) • Pass Company Road Test • Good, verifiable work history • Good MVR • Professional attitude and work ethic to service our customers • R.B. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of property management or administrative real estate experience, with strong emphasis on residential. • Familiarity with NYC housing regulations and tenant compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required). • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required) • Bachelor’s degree a plus. Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: 65K-$75K, depending on experience level. • Direct exposure to both residential and commercial property management. • Onsite (5 days per week)
