Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm (approximate) Meals on Wheels New Mexico seeks a Staff Delivery Driver to drive and deliver meals and other scheduled items to clients following a schedule and routes, ensuring each delivery is made in a friendly, safe, and timely manner. Deliveries will be made using a company vehicle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Examine customer paperwork to get assignments and directions on the type of equipment needed for the job, work hour requirements and completion time from dispatcher. Load moving pads and tools to assemble and disassemble household goods furniture and/or office items into or out of truck for safe transport to customer residence or office. Blanket wrap furniture for safe transport to and from customer residence or office. Carry furniture and other items such as boxes long distances, upstairs and up and down hallways to either moving truck or another office. Assist with assembling and un-assembling of furniture or office equipment. Stoop, bend and continually lift up to 100lbs for long periods of time. Provide exceptional customer service during move, pack and unpack of household goods or office equipment. Other tasks as needed. Pass pre-employment and random drug tests as required.
