Guardian Management has a need for a Full-Time Leasing Agent I to join our team at Woodridge! Woodridge is an affordable apartment community with 264 units located in Tualatin, OR. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct the day-to-day leasing activities for the property and maintain positive resident and prospective relations. This includes ensuring good physical appearance and maintenance upkeep of vacant units, coordinating cleaning and repairs of vacant units with Community Manager and Maintenance Staff, leasing in compliance with applicable government programs for the property, always adhering to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws, and completing all required paperwork and reports on time. Schedule: 40 hours / week Compensation: $17.25 - $18.54 Depending on Experience / hr + benefits! Cosco Fire Protection is seeking a full time On-Site experienced Alarm & Detection Service Sales Representative The Sales Rep must be experienced in the following within the Alarm and Detection industry: • Conduct the sales activities of the Alarm and Detection Department. • Formulate and develop sales goals, plans and procedures for the Alarm and Detection department. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more. Your customers are businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, transportation, construction, etc. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, 24 foot long.
