Location: Remote Compensation: $28.50/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Company: USA Law Center About the Role: USA Law Center, representing a network of 10 consumer-focused law firms, is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in debt validation and credit card debt elimination. Our mission is to support clients who are current on their credit card payments but overwhelmed by their monthly financial obligations. This is a remote opportunity to join a dedicated legal team committed to upholding consumer rights and providing strategic solutions to reduce or eliminate credit card debt. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with attorneys to develop client-specific debt resolution strategies. Conduct legal research and case preparation involving federal and state consumer protection statutes. Maintain detailed and confidential records of client communications and case progress. Support litigation and pre-litigation activities, including document preparation and review.
