Tile work bathroom floor experience (East Stroudsburg Area)
Seeking an experienced person for tile work/finish a bathroom that was started and will lead to other work in house renovation. Should enjoy helping others. Should be able to start soon after finishing whatever work you are doing now. Previous installer let go for spilling waste water through the floor (not offering any action to make right), not covering floors during demo, or maybe trying to grout fl,oor after only 6 hours laying tile, improper toilet flange install (and then some). I believe this first small bathroom should be a 2 to 4 day job depending upon prep, organization and focus. You should have plenty of images of your work especially after years of experience. Send them especially if before, during and finished photos are available. Can possibly work Friday through Monday 12 hours per day. 6am to 6pm to knock this first phase out. All around Construction and renovation experience is helpful. Must have your own tools must have everything you need and if you don't have right, even ideal tools for the job just get them. Must have a van or a truck in case you have to get materials. I can help you with management of your project if necessary and you must be able to take criticism or answer questions on occasion to explain what you're doing and why. Most of this comes from scheduling phase of work consideration. If materials are needed (within reason) should notify prior and have before starting. Basically, looking for someone that has or could probably have their own business but just doesn't want the hassle however is good enough to take on jobs as a lead, supervisor, tech school teacher, been trained, plus has hands on experience to handle the work. Your work should be on par with any professional Tradesmen. The work will need to match the description. Must know how to work cleanly. Will not leave the home owner with any cleanup. Debris neatly bagged daily with exceptions, (for example, it is dark out, raining etc.) Keep work area clean clean up daily. Have what you need to protect floors walls etc before you start the job every day. Work hours can be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or can vary depending upon the goals to finish a certain phase of work on a particular day that we can discuss and agree upon mutually. No need to promise exact hours but no bs either. Communicate. Typically you would be the type to continue to learn new tech, tools, methods and hone traditional skillset. Have the appearance, organization and techniques to instill confidence in your actions. Please. Send name, phone, email, images of your work. Please, a few sentences about your experience. Please. All welcome to apply regardless of nationality or culture, religion and gender (although assimilation might be a better fit). No "functioning" alcoholics, drug folks and -- No kamala voters, no devil worshippers please -- Nobody owes you anything. Thanks. Note: No need to reply with one line asking "Have you found someone?" Even if we need someone very badly, we cannot hire you because you added an extra step to this pain in the ass process. It shows that you cannot answer a few simple questions. I respect your time, not trying to waste it.
