Bucket Truck Operator and Climber — Full Time (Medway)

Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Bucket Truck Operator / Tree Climber to join our crew. This is a full-time, year-round position for a reliable and safety-focused individual who can handle complex tree removals, aerial operations, and pruning work efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: • Safely operate a bucket truck for tree removals, pruning, and storm cleanups • Perform technical climbing and rigging when bucket access is limited • Operate chainsaws, ropes, rigging systems, and other tree care equipment • Communicate clearly with ground crew and crew leader to ensure safe, efficient workflow • Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition • Follow ANSI and OSHA safety standards at all times Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a tree climber or bucket operator • Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred but not required) • Strong knowledge of tree species, rigging techniques, and aerial safety practices • Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical labor daily • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation: • Competitive pay based on experience ($25–$40/hr) • Overtime opportunities • Potential for advancement to Crew Leader or Foreman roles • Year-round work with a reputable, professional company How to Apply: Please respond with your resume or call/text (508) 658-9928 to schedule an interview.
