We are actively seeking 1099 contractors to perform Garage Door Opener (GDO) installations as part of an expanding service program. This is a consistent, high-volume opportunity with the potential to secure all regional business in your area. Scope of Work – Basic Installation Includes: Replacement of garage door opener (not new construction) Ceiling-mounted opener installation (up to 15 ft ceiling height) Wireless keypad installation Emergency key release installation (when required by local code) Connection to an existing 110-volt outlet within 6 feet Installation of rail extension kits (when applicable) Safety testing including beam reversal check Jobsite cleanup and walkthrough with the customer Installer-Supplied Materials (Included in Labor Rate): Fasteners Steel brackets or angle iron Additional Billable Services (Paid Separately): Haul-away of the old garage door opener Local product pickup and delivery (when applicable) Services Not Included or Outside Scope: Carpentry, structural modifications, or framing Electrical rewiring or modifications Security system work or reconfiguration Installations in mobile homes without a free-standing wood garage Work in HOA-restricted or historical zones without documented approval Requirements: Prior experience with garage door opener installations Contractor status with valid business credentials Own transportation and standard installation tools Professionalism and strong customer service skills Ability to pass background screening To Apply: Please email your business name, service area, experience summary, and contact information to Bradley@premierservicegrp.com.
