I am looking for someone who: 1. Has basic knowledge of building components. 2. Meet at different residential homes and commercial properties to accompany the home owner/property owner during their insurance company inspection. 3. You will arrive at property addresses to meet with adjusters, contractors, engineers, etc. 4. You will take some photographs of the damage and note what the insurance company's expert does and does not do while on-site. You will provide an email with your photos and inspection notes. 5. Jobs span all of Georgia. 6. Each job takes between 1-4 hours, but typically about 1-2 hours. 7. Pay is $125 per inspection facilitation. Ultimately, you are meeting the insurance company expert at a property. You will show them the damages to the property. You will send a short report of the inspection and photos. You will not be doing any labor or repairs. Must be able and willing to: 1. Get on roofs 2. Meet insurance company experts on-time 3. Send a paragraph about what happened during the inspection, along with some photos of the inspection

Parkinson’s Disease Research Study Location: Eatontown, NJ, | New York City, NY Age Range: 18-85 Sex: Male/Female Stipend: Up to $2400 plus $70 travel reimbursement Study Schedule: The study duration will include 1 pre-study visit, 1 inpatient stay (4-nights/5-days), and a follow-up call (over 4 weeks). Study Information: Clinilabs is looking for adults who experience neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH) due to Parkinson’s disease or pure autonomic failure (PAF) to join an inpatient research study.
