The work will be fulfilling tenant work order requests, exterior ground maintenance, and some painting of interior walls, with vacancy maintenance turn-overs. You would be required to go to the property two to three times a week for about four hours, more or less, for those days, depending upon maintenance needed. Pay is $17.00 per hour while on site.
