Landscape Endeavors Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Landscape and Irrigation Crew Members for laborer positions that can work well with others and help install landscape materials. Landscape Endeavors has been in the Colorado Springs Market for 25 years and is well and established in the market. We are growing and expanding . The ideal candidate will have experience on a commercial construction jobsite with knowledge of landscaping processes such as sequence of work, and means and methods of jobsite tasks. This is not a maintenance position. We are currently expanding in the greater Colorado Springs are and would love to have you be a part of our team. Landscape Crew Member Responsibilities: -Able to perform manual labor as required. -Attend safety meetings and maintain a culture of safety. -Utilize trenchers and other equipment to complete the job. -Install shrubs, trees, sod, edging, various mulches, perform site grading. -Prepare areas and install pavers or retaining/free standing walls. -Install irrigation system components such as pvc pipe and sprinkler heads. -Notify supervisor of equipment and material needs. Landscape Crew Member Qualifications: -Authorized to work in the U.S. -1 year of commercial landscape experience. -Able to take direction from Landscape and Irrigation Foremen. -Positive attitude and willingness to work hard. -Be a critical thinker and or "outside the box" with tasks. -Reliable transportation to the jobsite. We are looking for Part-Time Night Trash Collectors to join us! Pay is up to $20/hr with your own pick up truck and up to $17/hr if you do not have your own vehicle. Definition: The Greens Keeper performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; This includes the operation of hand tools, small hand powered equipment, and light motorized equipment as necessary. Typical functions: The Greens Keeper: Operates mowers and string trimmers in the maintenance of putting greens, tee’s and fence lines; Rakes and maintains sand bunkers; Maintains water coolers and empties trash receptacles. Performs regular maintenance of annual planting beds. Maintains fuel levels for all types of equipment daily; reports equipment problems to the equipment manager. Assists in the repair and maintenance of greens and fairways; grades and prepares soil base and installs new sod. Excavates and back fills holes and trenches with hand tools as needed in the repair of irrigation components. Performs other golf course maintenance related duties as directed by their supervisor. Employment standards: Requires knowledge of methods and materials used in landscape maintenance work; Requires physical strength (lifting over 75 lbs), stamina and agility. Requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
