Job description Location: Greater Sacramento and East Bay, California Job Status: Full-Time: Mon-Thursday Status: Accepting Applications - Please include a resume with a response. Position Summary: Provides paint booth maintenance services to Body Shop Solutions customers. Position Responsibilities: Remove spent filters from booths and replace with new filters according to filter specifications. Remove coating from internal surfaces of paint booths and reapply materials. Sweep and shovel debris from the booths. Dispose of paint booth residue Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Remove paint overspray from pit/exhaust systems Sand paint from interior walls/surfaces Comply with safety policies and procedures. Operate power tools and other equipment safely. Provide additional support as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communication Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service - Strong customer service orientation. Safety Equipment - Strong ability to work safely with equipment. Team Environment - Strong team player. Attendance - Regular attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills and Experience - Prior experience in the fields of maintenance, janitorial, or construction. Prior experience operating power tools. This job is labor intensive and heavy lifting is required. Job Types: Full-time Salary: Starting at $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: We are at a different location each day. Looking for help for one month before winter. Landscape help, planting help, unloading boxes, cleaning a few stalls, mowing lawns, clean up, sprinkler shovel work, general help around the property, etc. 40 + hours per week, Monday through Friday Person needs to show up, hustle and follow direction. We are a Restoration Company in search of a Water Mitigation Technician to work with various disasters from Fire or Water Damage to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. We work with leading insurances providers along with TPA’s such as CCA Global/Lionsbridge, Sedgwick and Contractor Connection. We are looking for a take charge person. Willing to train the right person. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21per hour (Depending on Experience) Job Duties: Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers such as: • Perform high quality water mitigation services • Water extraction • Performing demolition tasks • Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment • Taking and uploading photos, readings, and notes into our CRM • Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques • Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. • Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment • Perform job cleanup and breakdown • Manipulate/Haul debris from job-site to dumpster or landfill • Other Duties as directed by Supervisor Requirements • IICRC certification preferred, but not required • Experience in water mitigation, but not required • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) • Team Player Mentality • Ability to make decisions • Ability to be part of our on-call rotation • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history and pass a background check

Regular out of town projects. Camera Inspection van for pipeline inspections. Light duty labor. Requirements - * Advanced computer / Software skills * Be able to lift 80lbs * Work out of town on a regular basis * Valid CA driver License ( with NO POINTS ) on driving record *Pass drug screening and background check (required for utility work) * Strong safety mindset and adherence to utility safety protocols Preferred, but not required. Previous sewer inspection experience Familiarity with sewer systems, storm drain systems Basic knowledge of gas pipeline systems and cross bore hazards Ability to read utility maps, GIS systems, and construction drawings
