The ideal candidates will have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proficiency in safely and effectively using basic landscape maintenance equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular lawn maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, and line trimming. Carry out hand weeding, hedge trimming, and hand pruning to maintain the appearance and health of plants and shrubs. Remove debris and rake areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation of landscape areas. Identify and manage weeds within landscaped areas. Operate basic landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Support basic irrigation tasks and identify potential issues (basic irrigation knowledge is a plus). Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using landscape maintenance tools and equipment. Knowledge of weed identification and basic plant care. Some basic irrigation knowledge is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
