You must have 3+ years of experience. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in various outdoor maintenance tasks, including landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, grading, retaining walls, etc. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and supervise a crew in performing garden maintenance, tree care, groundskeeping, and landscaping tasks - Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators etc. - Build, maintain, and irrigate landscapes according to project specifications - Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards - Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures - Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service - Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment **Requirements:** - Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record - Proven experience in landscaping related field - Pictures of your work are required. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Knowledge of garden maintenance, tree trimming/removal, groundskeeping, irrigation systems, retaining walls, drainage, pavers, aeration, basic fertilization, holiday lighting and snow & ice removal. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation This position offers the opportunity to lead a team in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your leadership skills in the landscaping industry. Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance / Equipment Manager to oversee and perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our fleet of trucks, trailers, chippers, and other heavy equipment. This position is critical to ensuring job-site safety, minimizing downtime, and extending the life of our equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wood chippers, including blade changes, lubrication, belt adjustments, and troubleshooting. Conduct regular oil changes, fluid checks, and preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment. Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules. Order parts, fluids, and supplies as needed while managing inventory. Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate with outside repair shops when necessary. Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations. Work closely with the operations team to track equipment usage and downtime. My Carlot needs a new mechanic. My old mechanic retired. In search of someone experienced in all facets of auto repair from heavy mechanical to easy odds and ends. Good diagnostics are a must. 2 bay shop with lift.You will need your own tools. Most repairs are on Carlot cars and few customers. There is an option to work on personal cars when time permits.
