Hey there! My name's Herb and I cover South Jacksonville down to Saint Augustine. Sometimes our jobs may even be as far as Daytona, Palatka and Palm Coast. I am looking for a couple of partners to assist me doing trash/garage clean-outs, yard/tree debris clean-ups, construction trash, etc. (Part-time, Flexible hours) On many of our jobs we will work together to load up the dump truck and then bring it to the dump/landfill facility. We always rake/sweep up at the end of each job. We will provide work boots, gloves and work clothes for you, if needed. Drinking water and lunch/meals are provided also. We will be using a small dump truck and a Chevy van and trailer. We try to average $20. per hour each after expenses and dump fees. Small painting company seeks part-time house cleaner. Many of our projects need cleaning prior to painting. Cabinets, shelves, baseboards, etc. And many of our projects need cleaning at the end. There are also projects that have additional cleaning of windows and floors and other areas. And there is plenty of opportunity to add hours by including prep work like sanding walls and such.
