I am looking for someone who is interested in general landscape installation and maintenance work but especially interested in: -Natural stonework (hardscape patios, pathways and wall construction) -Native plants & invasive species removal (planting and maintenance) for habitat creation and restoration -Fruit tree seasonal care (maintenance, pruning and future harvest & processing) There will be plenty of on-the-job training but it is helpful to have some related experience. Available Schedule: *Tuesday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation & Information on Benefits: The anticipated hiring range for the Parks Laborer position is $18.36 (first step) to $19.28 or $20.24 (second or third step). The City of Medford determines starting pay based on an evaluation of relevant education, experience, and qualifications as provided by the applicant in their application materials, alongside others who perform work of comparable character consistent with the Oregon Equal Pay Act. Three steps are included in this salary range, allowing opportunity for annual movement through the steps. Hello, we have an OLCC recreational cannabis farm in Williams and are looking for help harvesting our field in October. We'll be starting work on Monday October 6th and working for 4-5 weeks. The work days will be Mon-Thurs each week. Pay will be $20/hr. The time of work will be 9am-5/6pm each day with a 30min - 1hr lunch, depending on which you'd prefer. The work will include cutting down/harvesting plants, leaf trimming by hand or by table fan, bucking, and packaging cannabis into bags. The pay will be for every two weeks of work, paid on the last day of the subsequent week. (ie 10/6-10/16 will be paid on 10/23, 10/20-10/30 will be paid on 11/6, etc) Must have a valid OLCC worker's permit before starting work on 10/6. Gloves and scissors will be provided. Bring your own eyewear or eye protection.
