Our nanny is heading back to school full time this semester, so we are looking for a responsible young adult to help us manage our house and pick up out kids (girl and boy, 7 and 8) at 2pm on the weekdays and help facilitate their afternoons of sports and other activities. Would also look for heavy house help to keep us organized and running smoothly. This could include cleaning, cooking, doing the kids launry, changing sheets, organizing, grocery shopping, restocking the house and more. We do have weekly house cleaners so we don't expect heavy cleaning, but more tidying. Would also love to have some night time and weekend babysitter as well in case we are traveling. We have local family as well, grandparents that are super helpful and could balance helping the with the kids during the week. We also have two other families would 7 cousins in total that that all use some help, so we could provide additional hours during the week as needed.

This position is responsible for assembling, organizing, and packaging various product components into kits, following established instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and package product kits according to work orders or instructions. Verify that all components are present, correctly labeled, and meet quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, complying with company and safety policies. Count, sort, and inspect materials before and after assembly to ensure accuracy. Work collaboratively with other associates and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report missing materials, defects, or discrepancies to the team leader or supervisor. Safely and efficiently operate basic production and packaging equipment. Assist with labeling, sealing, and preparing finished kits for shipment or storage. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Requirements: Previous experience in kitting, packaging, assembly, or production (preferred). Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds as needed. Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Responsible, punctual individual with a positive attitude and teamwork skills. Basic math and counting skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Ensures interior and exterior appearance by daily inspections, repairs and cleaning. Inspect and weed all areas of landscaping with particular attention given to planters and hillsides.
