Beacon Hill's client, a distinguished AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a long term temp Real Estate Attorney with homebuilder experience. Role Details Duration: Long-term temp (6 months to start, very likely to extend) 35-40 hours per week No concurrent work (must be fully dedicated to this project) Pay rate: $85-$93/hour, DOE Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed and working from CA, WA, or OR Skills & Experience Needed Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in good standing (must be licensed and living in CA, WA, or OR) Real estate attorney experience with a focus on homebuilder work Drafting purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts Drafting closing documents Reviewing title and survey matters Preparing homeowners association (HOA) documents Drafting easement agreements and other ancillary development documents Law firm or in-house experience with a homebuilder General real estate experience preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply. BARRINGTON APARTMENTS Weekend hours: On-call as needed The Maintenance/Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in.
