JOB SUMMARY: The Apartment Maintenance Porter is responsible for providing excellent resident service through daily maintenance projects as assigned by the direct supervisor. Customer Service/Safety: 1. Adhere to safety protocols when completing maintenance tickets to ensure the safety of yourself and residents. 2.
